Unless specifically stated otherwise, 1StopSimcha is not the seller, owner, renter or service provider for third-party listings and does not independently guarantee every representation made by a user or vendor.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, respect other users, comply with applicable law and avoid misleading, fraudulent, harmful or prohibited activity.
Users are responsible for evaluating listings, vendors, communications and proposed transactions before proceeding.
Enforcement and Changes
1StopSimcha may review reports, remove content, limit access or suspend accounts when needed to protect the marketplace or enforce its policies.
These terms may be updated as the platform, its features and applicable requirements change.
